Our popular Hatha/Vinyassa style yoga class is designed for runners and triathletes! The class will be led by Kyle Elden, RYT. The class will incorporate tennis ball work for fascia release and focus on abdominal strengthening. We will especially focus on common muscles used by runners and cyclists.
The Fall Session of Yoga for Runners will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Duluth Running Co.
