New for 2015, our popular Yoga for Runners class will follow the Ashtanga Primary Series. This new format will provide lots of variety, with each class becoming more challenging. The Asthanga Primary Series incorporates poses learned from previous classes and builds upon them. We will build muscular strength and flexibility through a series of structured poses. Our 2015 Yoga for Runners sessions are great for newbies because of their sequential nature. They are also a total refresh from previous sessions we’ve offered. So expect something fun and different if you’re a returning participant.

 

All sessions will be led by Kyle Leia Heyesen, RYT. Classes will continue to incorporate tennis ball work for fascia release and focus on abdominal strengthening. We will continue to especially focus on common muscles used by runners and cyclists.

 

The Winter Session of Yoga for Runners will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Duluth Running Co.

  • Must pre-register for all 10 weeks.
  • Space is limited to 24 members.

The Spring Session of Yoga for Runners will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Duluth Running Co.

  • Times: 6:15AM-7:05AM
  • Cost: $100.00
  • Must pre-register for all 10 weeks.
  • Space is limited to 24 members.

The Summer Session of Yoga for Runners will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Leif Erickson

  • Dates: Wednesday, July 8th  – September 9th
  • Times: 6:15AM-7:05AM
  • Cost: $100.00
  • Must pre-register for all 10 weeks.
  • Space is limited to 24 members.

The Fall Session of Yoga for Runners will meet on Wednesday Mornings at Duluth Running Co.

  • Dates: Wednesday, September 30th  – November 18th
  • Times: 6:15AM-7:05AM
  • Cost: $80.00
  • Must pre-register for all 8 weeks.
  • Space is limited to 24 members.

All class members must bring their own mat.
